How do you get Kyogre and Groudon in Emerald?

Go to the place where you got castform. Talk to the guy who gave it to you and he'll tell you (groudon) presently, a drought has been recorded in route 114, 115, 116 or 118. There are two possible entrances for on each route, but I can't tell you where they are exactly. However, you can find them on the internet somewhere. (Kyogre) presently heavy rainfall has been recorded over route 105, 125, 127 or 129. You have to get there quickly or the entrances wont be there anymore.

Not sure if this question has been answered but in order to get Kyogre and Groudon you must beat the elite four,then go to the weather institute and talk to the guy who gave you the castform on the 2nd floor,he will tell you there is a drought(Groudon)in a certain area,then go back when you have cought him(he moves from certain routs to other routs) and the researcher will tell you about heavy rainfall in a certain area,go there (i had to follow it for a while to rout 105 I think it was,need dive near where you get regice)to catch Kyogre

Go to the Weather Institute after you beat the Elite 4; it is left of Fortree City and on the second story there will be a man working on a computer. Talk to him and he will say thier is a drought on a certian route. Go to that route and there should be a cave somewhere on that inparticular route. In that cave should be Groudon at level 70. If you take too long the cave will change areas. Do the same for Kyogre. The man at the Weather Institute will say their is a rain storm on a route only this time you need dive and once you get into the cave there will be a level 70 Kyogre.

First you need to beat the Pokemon league(e4) and when you load game go to the weather institute and in the second floor talk to the scientist and if he says: a drought is in route...... Go to that route and there will be a new cave and it will be groudon there.If the scientist says a drizzle is in route........ Go find that route in the sea you see a new diving spot, dive there go to the cave and find kyogre.

When you catch one of them go again and he will tell you for the other one.

After beating the Elite 4 go to the weather institute. A man there will tell you the locations of the Land and Sea caves. In those will be Groudon and Kyogre.

After you beat the elite 4, go to the weather institute and talk to the guy who gave you castform. He will tell you where it is raining or a drought. Look for cave where he said.Note:Kyrouge is in an underwater cave.

Once you beat eleite four ,u go to the weather insitute ask the professor ,he tell you the rain and sun at certain routes you go there and look for caves,they be in them

Hey... You need to beat the elite four so you can go catch it.. First you need to go to that guy who gave you a castform... He will tell you a certain route.. Then you go find GROUDON in a cave.. And Kyogre underwater..

Okay, beat the elite four and head to the weather institute. The guy who gave you Castform will tell you there is a drought on a route of some kind. Search and you'll find Terra Cave, Groudon is hiding there. Catchh Groudon, go back and the scientist will tell you that massive rainfall has appeared on a route with water. Dive at a spot to find marine cave. Kyogre is there.

Go to that location and look for an unusual dive spot and descend. Resurface at the end of the path and go into the inner part of the cavern. At the end of the path is Kyogre.

Once you've defeated or captured Kyogre, go to the scientist again. This time he'll pinpoint a drought, which can be either on Route 114, 116, or 118. Go to that route and look for an unusual cave. Go into the inner chamber, where Groudon waits.

If you go to the Weather Institute and go to the top floor all the way at the left hand side youll see a scientist loking at a computer. Talk to him and he'll say either there's heavy rain or bright sun at a certain route. Go the route and look all around. Eventually youll see a dark spot in the water(for kyogre) dive and go through a cave and you will find him. For Groudon it will be very bright. Look around the route the scientist said and youll find a cave. Go in and you will eventually find him.
