Problem in Pokemon emerald
I have two problems-
1} I cannot battle with norman{DAD}.Whenever I go to him,he only says ''you look stronger....I can say by the number of badges you have got''How to get to battle with him?
2} On the fiery path,there is a boulder,on going there,it is written-'you got to have a new badge' I already have 3 badges and also I have taught HM strength to blaziken.How to get to Lavaridge Town? Please Help

Here's some help:
1. Norman is the 5th Pokemon Gym Leader in Pokemon Emerald. Since you only have three Gym Badges, you will need to defeat the 4th Gym Leader before being able to face him. This Gym can be found in Lavaridge Town.
2. Here is a Video Walkthrough on how to get to Lavaridge Town.

You need not push any Boulder on the fiery path to get to lavaridge town
