Okay so I have Pokemon emerald on gba in german, I can not understand it is there anyway to change it to english?

As far as I know, there isn't a way to change the Language. Sorry.
I would suggest buying an English Version of the game.

Sorry but unfortunately you cannot change the game's language. This is the reason why different countries have different versions. I suggest you go sell your German one to Gamestop and buy an American version.
