Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hey S.C. I need help finding the HM move waterfall on the Pokemon Emerald. I allready look in the cave of orgin where there is alot of fog, but I looked all over in there and it was not in sight. So I need help finding it. Ok

Talk to Wallace, answer Sky Pillar, go to Sky Pillar on Route 131, deploy Rayquaza, return to Sootopolis, talk to Maxie and Archie after the crisis ends, and get the HM from Steven.

You get waterfall after the crisis with the legendary pokemon. You have to go into the cave of origin and talk to wallace and answer his question. It is sky pillar. He leaves and you have to go to sky pillar. Go to pacifidlog town and go left until you see a gap leading up to the pillar. Go to the door and wallace is there. Go to the top and get close to rayquaza. He flies off. Go back to sootopolis and you should see the awsome event. After that, go to the gym and talk to steven, and then to wallace who gives you the hm, waterfall.

First, you find Rayquaza in the sky pillar.
Second, follow steven to the Cave of Origin and ente. Find Wallace, talk to him then go to the Sky Pillar to find Rayquaza. Then Rayquaza goes to Sootopolis City to stop the fight between Kyogre and Groudon. After that go talk to Wallace and he'll give you HM07.

I think you get waterfall when you beat Juan, the eigth Gym Leader in Sootopolis city, I'm not quite sure.
And also rayquaza is at the Sky pillar/tower near Pacifidlog Town.

Waterfall is a pressie from Wallace when you finish the Groudon and Kyogre bit. Rayuaza isn't in the cave of origin! It's in the sky pillar like in Ruby and Sapphire!

First sky tower is where rayquaza is. Second you won't get waterfall until you get rayquaza to quell kyogre and groudon's fighting in sootopolis

Are you sure you looked right? As I'm firaly sure you get it in the *Cave or origin*. I dunno about rayquaza as I don't have this version of the game and I have ruby and saphire so when emerald comes out ill be ready so I'm trying to learn as much as I can on this website.
Sorry if this hasent helped. In ruby and saphire you get it in a cave of origin,as the problem with ruby,saphire and emerald and theres lots of caves lol.
Anyway bye for now sorry I couldant help.
