Question for Pokemon Emerald
I have searched three day for "surf" on the emerald version of Pokemon and I am getting frustrated! Please help!

You can get Surf at Wally's house from his father after you beat Norman

You are a freakin moron. You have to first defeat norman then after he talks to you, wally's dad should come in, take you outside to his house and give you surf.

You get hm 03 from Wally's parents after you defeat Norman to get your fifth badge.

After you get 4 badges go back to petalburg and beat you father then go to wallys house and his dad will give it to you.

You get "surf" after you beat your father's gym, (5th badge). Wally's dad will walk right up to you and give it to you.

To get surf, you must have 4 badges and then beat Norman (your father) in the Petalburg City gym, once you beat him, Wally's father will come in and ask you to come with him. Once you are at his house, Wally's father will give you surf.

To get Surf, you have to defeat your dad, Norman, the leader of the Petalburg Gym. After you do, one of Wally's relatives will come and talks about how you help Wally and stuff. Then he gives the Hm Surf
