I have unlocked the chambers to get the regi's and I have got Registeel..

For Regirock, read the inscription, walk two paces left, two down, and use Rock Smash. For Regice, read the inscription and run a lap along the perimeter of the chamber.

I forget who is on what island so here goes

Island between Petalburg+Dewford Town
Hit on the brail then run around the room until the door opens. You must hit the brail first

Cave near Fortree City
Hit the brail then go to the middle of the cave and use Flash

DESERT Cave
If I remember right its
Hit the brail then hit right,right,left,left,down

I don't know which one goes to which, but in one you have to go two steps left then two steps down and use rock smash. The other one you have to run around the room and stay right next to the wall. Hope it helps

1) To get regirock go left, left,down, down, then use rock smash

2) To get regice go to the braille then make one lap around the cave. Start at the braille, run to the right all the way around the cave then stop at the braille. (Remember to keep to the edges or you will have to start over)

OK-to get Regice, go to the Island Cave on the water Route 105(you'll have to go on the little island with the man looking for ruins and cross it to get to the other side and then surf north to the cave), and once you're inside you'll need to run a lap around the perimeter of the room to open the second door-and poof!-there's Regice.
To get Regirock-go to the Desert Ruins on Route 112(in the southern part of the desert area)and once you're inside stand in front of the braille writing(the dots) and then go left 2 spaces, then down 2 spaces, and then use Rock Smash to make the 2nd door open and Regirock appear.
FYI-inside the 1st room of the Sealed Chamber is the braille alphabet(and a comma and a period off to the side)that you can use to translate the messages that tell you what to do, but obviously now you don't have to if you don't want to.

For Regirock go straight forward until you hit the wall press A until you done with the inscription then go 2 steps left & 2 steps down then use Rock Smash or Strength(I can't remember).
For Regiice I think lap around the room twice.
