The weather would alternate between monsoon and drought every 30 seconds.

If both of them fought the result would be both rain and sunlight. (It happen's in Pokemon emerald)

When Kyrogre and Hroundon fight, it will rain heavily and be sunny at times. In other words, it will be both. (doesn't the lightning look hot?!)

Both, it changes (in the main storyline), unless you have cuaght one of them and are fighting the other with the one you have caught, well it would be the effect of the one sent out second.
