I was just wondering if someone could PLEASE tell me where to get a Poke Block Case in Pokemon Emerald!!
STUCK ON THIS FOR 2 WEEKS!!
I would greatlly apppreciae it if someone would tell me

Little girl on the left as you walk into the Lilycove Contest Hall. Yes, all the Contests are in Lilycove now.

Go to Slateport and buy some Harbor mail then go back to Mauville next door to the Pokemart where there is a girl standing outside go into the house and the girl inside will trade the Case for Harbor Mail

You get a pokeblock case in the contest hall in Lilycove city. Talk to the lady at the desk on the left and she'll give you one.

I think you get it at Lilycove city left of the Pokemon contest building a women will give it to you.

In the contest hall in lilycove, go to the counter and talk to them even though you don't have a pokeblock case, she will give you one and now you can berry blend and do the safari zone.

Go to Lilycove City. Then go to the Pokemon contest talk to one of the contest ladies behind the front desk and talk to her and she'll give you it.
