That link leads to some GameShark Codes. One of them is for Porygon 2. I found that information on this site. I don't know if the Codes work, since I don't use codes.

I'm not really sure but I know you can get Porgygon in ruby at the game corner if that's any help. Are you looking for Gameshark codes?

FE63D4D6 BF353A1B - This is for porygon 2 for Pokemon emerald. They accidentally listed porygon2 as porygon and I noticed the Pokemon were listed by generation. So I figured this when I saw porygon in the gen 2 Pokemon cods
