How to get in southern island and how to get jirachi??
The roaming lati on mine is latias but I want to get latios too but I don`t know how to go in southern island and I don`t know how to find Jirachi. Please I need help!!

You must have the Event Item Eon Ticket in order to go to Southern Island. I'm sorry, but that Event ended a very long time ago. You can still obtain Latios by Trade or a Cheat/Code.
Jirachi cannot be found in Pokemon Emerald. Jirachi is an Event-Only Pokemon. These Events ended a long time ago. You can still obtain Jirachi by Trade or a Cheat/Code.
