What Pokemon is stronger?

Split the rare candies with both of them, and Pikachu can't evolve without a thunderstone.

1.Groudon.
2.A thunder stone is the olny.

Kyogre would typically be stronger, but if Groudon has Solar Beam they're a pretty even match. (P.S.) No, sorry.

Groudon is strategically stronger as you can teach it awsome moves such as solarbeam and it doesnt even need to charge up for it's attack because of it's drought special ability!!! It also has a higher attack and defense than kyogre. I have a groudon and kyogre level 100 and when I was battling with my friend who also has lv100 Pokemon, groudons moves really came in handy and my kyogre fainted very easily,

Kyogre and Groudon pretty much are potentially equal, except that Groudon has better physical stats and Kyogre's better in the special department. At any rate, though, you don't want to use Rare Candies on either of them; their stats don't go up as much.

I think Kyogre because it has a type advantge, you know water against ground.Don't use your candies on them they are not very good pokemon. P.S. I have never heard of a Pikachu evolving without a Thunder stone.:-)
