I am having trouble finding the all of the HM's could someone help me find..

Cut is in Rustboro.
Surf is given to you after you beat your father
Rock smash is given to you in the house east of mauville
Flash is given to you in the cave in dewford
Fly is given to you by may or steven when you exit the weather station
Waterfall is given to you after you calm down kyogre and groudon
Finally dive is given to you when you save the space station with steven

HM01 (Cut): Talk to the Cutter next to the Rustboro Pok�mon Centre. You must have the Stone Badge.
HM02 (Fly): Defeat May after removing the Magmas or Aquas from the Weather Institute. You must have the Feather Badge.
HM03 (Surf): Defeat Norman and talk to Wally's parents. You must have the Balance Badge.
HM04 (Strength): Tunnel out the Rusturf Tunnel. You must have the Heat Badge.
HM05 (Flash): From the Hiker in Granite Cave. You must have the Knuckle Badge.
HM06 (Rock Smash): From the resident of the house across from the Mauville Bike Shop. You must have the Dynamo Badge.
HM07 (Waterfall): From Wallace after you deploy Rayquaza to Sootopolis. You must have the Rain Badge.
HM08 (Dive): From Steven after you remove the Magmas from the Space Centre. You must have the Mind Badge.

HM no.1:After you beat Roxanne look for the cutter's house.
HM no.2:Beat your rival on route 119.
HM no.3:Beat norman and wally's dad gives it to you.
HM no.4:Sorry but I forgot how to get this one.
HM no.5:Go to granite cave and talk to the hiker guy.
HM no.6:Talk to the guy in the house to the right of mauville's south entrance.
HM no.7:Resolve the crisis in sootopolis city.
HM no.8:Steven gives it to you when you beat team magma in mossdeep city.

HM02 Fly - A reward for beating May or Brendan after doing the Weather Institute. To use Fly you must have beaten Winona.
HM03 Surf - Beat Norman and recieve it from Wally's Dad. To use Surf you must have beaten Norman.
HM04 - Strength - Smash the rocks for the man in the Rusturf Tunnel to get past and he will give you Strength. To use Strength you must have beaten Flannery. HM05 Flash - Given to you by a Hiker in Granite Cave. To use Flash you must have beaten Brawly.
HM06 Rock Smash - Given to you by a man in a house in Mauville City. To use Rock Smash you must have beaten Wattson.
HM07 Waterfall - Given to you by Wallace as a reward for calming Groudon and Kyogre. To use Waterfall you must have beaten Juan.
HM08 Dive - Given to you by Steven after you battle against the Magmas in the Space Center. To use Dive you must have beaten Tate and Liza.
