Question for Pokemon Emerald
I just caught a feebas and I'm trying to get a Milotic.I kept giving feebas pokeblocks and now it wont take anymore.WHAT DO I DO!!!!!!?Someone please answer a.s.a.p

You can only get a Milotic by maxing out it's beauty condition nothing else so you have to start over. Hope this helps

You can only feed a Pokemon 12 pokeblocks before it won�t eat anymore

If he hasn't shone up yet, wait until the Blend Master comes to the blending place and put ANY dry tasting berry in the berry blender. The Blend Master gets all circles within a circle. So it's going to be really fast. (my highest rpm with him was 151.1) When you get the poke block, it's a taste should be dry and it's level should be in the 50's. Then feed the block to your Feebas. Just repeat the process, and then level it up one level then there, you got your Milotic.

You have to give it blue or indigo blocks and level it up by one and it will evolve in to a milotic

Feebas evolves into Milotic by having it's beauty condition maxed out and then you raise it's level. I would suggest that you obviously catch another one and then give it 2nd class pokeblocks. These are the berries that make level 20 pokeblocks.
P.S. You can tell if Feebas is ready to evolve by talking to the head of the Pokemon Fan Club in Slateport City.
