How can I make Feebas evolve.? And can I get an Eevee in this game.?

Eevee does not appear in the game, and you must fill the Beauty condition of Feebas to the brim and raise it one level.

1)Give your Feebas blue or lightblue pokeblocks, untill his beaty peaks. Then, train him 1 level up and you will have a Milotic!
2) I think you have to trade him from leaf green/ fire red version.
PS: Make the pokeblocks with oran berries.

Well......
You have to have feebas's beauty maxed out and you have to grow it 1 level save before doing this because you can only use 12 poke blocks on one pokemon. and you can't get Eevee

To make feebas evolve you have to max out it's beatuy condition with the berries, and the pokeblock.

To make feebas evolve give it loads of light blue poke blocks to grow up it's beauty then grow it a level if you find feebas you are very lucky. Yes trade from ruby sapphire fire red or leaf green

Use also wiki, bluk,kelpsy,cornn,pamtre berries to get the most BLUE and INDIGO pokeblocks to raise the beauty condition. Liteblue increases SMART, not beauty.
Gold(2), gray(3), and white(4) ones increase more than 1 condition, but are pretty rare. The rarer the berry, the better the pokeblock, too. The best have a high level and low feel rating, and the Pokemon can get more from the better ones. The best nature would be an equal(no pokeblock preference) or Modest, Mild, Rash, or Quiet as far as liking that color pokeblocks.
Have someone trade you an Eevee from LG/FR. They'll have bred it if they're smart.
