I know how to find the hideout just not where to get the badge

When you go to Mt. Pyre to witness the theft of the Orbs by Teams Magma and Aqua, speak with the elderly couple who'll give you the Magma Emblem(Badge) to help you retrieve the Blue Orb. Then head to where the Magma hideout is, and it'll open up for you...
