I can answer your shedninja question.(this confused me too)You catch a nincada raise it to level 19 then make sure you have only 5 Pokemon including nincada, and a pokeball (a normal pokeball)and when it gets to level 20 let it evolve
Then check your party.

Sk8rzBud2Rock answered:

1) Have no idea to get one w/o gs or ets

2) To get shedinja
When your nincada reaches lv. 20 you NOT have six Pokemon in your team
5 Pokemon ( including the nincada )
You must also have at least one pokeball or great ball or ultra ball
( note the nincada should split and make one Shedinja and one Ninjask WOW TWO FOR ONE NOT BAD)

3)You cannot enter ray into the battle frontier tournaments, areans, places whatever you call it you can't use some legendaries in the battle frontier TO YOUR QUESTION you have to beat each one some amount of times gl.

BBG_CREECAT answered:

1) Jirachi-He was obtainable by getting the Colloseum bonus disc for Gamecube and connecting to a GB with Ruby or Sapphire and it gave you a Lv 5 Jirachi. I found a dusty copy a few months ago at a K-Mart, but unless you know someone with one, I dunno how else to find it(e-bay?), but anyone who has it can give Jirachi out repeatedly to any R/S game that never had one...I haven't tried it on Emerald yet-my friend lost the cable-but you can trade it over from R/S. He wasn't available at any Nintendo events that I'm aware of, though.
2) Shedninja-Catch a Nincada, when it evolves at level 20 into a Ninjask, IF you have room in your party(5 or less) AND at least 1 pokeball in your bag, you will also get a Shedninja:Ta-Da!
3) That's alot of question for one answer and others have answered it better than I could and each one is specific, here's a little straight from Nintendo-
*Battle Tower-Anabel-use rock against Snorlax's normal attacks and Entei as well. Watch out for Alakazam-he's got a variety of attacks(ice, lightning, fire)-so use a weakness on him(bug, dark, ghost). Also, you can use Water or ground against fire, and fighting against normal, too.
*Battle Dome-Tucker-Use water(charizard) and ice(salmence) and grass(swampert) OR you can teach ice moves to non-ice pokes to avoid the damage from attacks like earthquake/counter, or flying types to avoid earthquake.
*Battle Palace-Spenser-Watch out for Crobat's Toxic-take him out with electric, as well as Lapras, and use Slaking's truant to give you time to use items between his really strong attacks, and use fighting moves against him.
There's a start on the Brains. I think you need to employ variety/strengths &weaknesses more than just relying on strong legendarys, as well as specific strategies against each one of the brains, as they all use such different methods. Get creative! Hope this helps you out some!
