I want to learn how get the tickets and find the rare Pokemon because I only have the gba sp but not on computer. I also need cheats plz

If you are playing emerald you can't catch a chimchar.You can only get one in black or white.

You can get the tickets by going to a special event where you will get tickets to go to areas where you can catch Deoxys,Mew,Latias or Latios(depending on which one you already caught),Ho-oh and Lugia.
