An Action Replay is a Device that helps you cheat on your games. The appeal and of an Attack is how much basic appeal points you earn in a contest. The Jam is how many appeal points that the other Pokemon lose when use the attacks.
Note: Not all attacks have jam points.

The AR is a kind of cheat that lets you get things that you'd normally get from a nintendo event, and apeals and jams are...lets start with jams. Jams are the surprise points you get when you enter in a Pokemon contest and apeal is the exitement points you get for an attack.
