Where is the secret base of Aqua Team?? because i can't enter their base in Lylicon city and they say they have a secret base somewhere, please answer me

It's team Magma's base at the place were you got your fourth gymbadge.

To get into the Team Aqua Base you have to awaken Groudon (foundin team Magma base on Jagged Pass)
