How do you activate the Regis?

The Cave of Origins is of unknown significance other than you go there when Groudon and Kyogre are fighting.
Secret Chambers
Needed: Surf and Dive, Recommended: Fly
In between Slateport and Pacifilodge there are currents. These currents make it dufficult to navigate the area but I suggest start as far south in Pacifiloge as possible, surf West, and take the current that reaches the farthest East. You will land on an Island. Go as West as possible without leaving the Island before using Surf again. If you did this correctly you will land on another Island very quickly.
This is where it starts getting tricky. Go as West on the Island as possible and then as south as possible without taking a single step East. Surf. You should end up in a little area with two swimmers. You may have to battle but that is ok. Go past them into the currents. You should end up on the large Island west of the Swimmers.
If you accidentally took a current that took you past the Swimmers but to the Island you're ok.if the current took you past the large Island to a smaller one, skip this paragraph. Go as west as possibleon the Island staying by the North Wall. When you get there I suggest going south without going east and surf.
You should end up on a small Island. Without taking a single step west go as far south as you can. Take one step north. Head West and Surf. You should end up in a single calm area, if you don't then do the whole thing again and make adjustments at this point.
In this calm area use Dive and follow the path. Get the braille alphabet out because you will need it. At the end of the path there is a single rock that goes to the surface and on the South Wall there is an inscription. Read it. This one says Use Dive or Go Up Here I can't remember what any of the inscriptions say past this point but I know the order.
In the first room should be either the Braille Alphabet or the Story of the Regis. Both are read starting at the most NorthWest rock to the most SouthEast rock, like a book. The second room will be whichever the first was not. On the North Wall of the Second or Third room (if there is a third) will be the instructions to open the three chambers of the Regis. Do as the inscription says in this room.
Go back the way you came. Now Surf West to Slateport or Fly to wherever.
In each Chamber of the Regis there will be an inscription on the North Wall. These are instructions to open the final door to the Cavern in which the Regi lies.
