Question for Pokemon Emerald

Yo dudes, I have been playing pkmn emerald version on my visual boy advanced emulator, and I have been trying to find out how to steal other pplz pkmn as if they r wild pkmn. I've tried like 3 different codes, but none of them worked, if anyone can help, even if it doesnt work, i'll appreciate it alot! =^-^=

You can only steal some other trainer's Pokemon by using cheats... All you have to do is search the net again and again 'til you find one that works...
