Well from the route just outside of sootopolis,I think 128, you just have to surf to the right and then swim up a waterfall and then you're there. Well you have to go through victory road, but there's a Pokemon center right there so it shouldn't be too difficult if you have sufficiently trained your Pokemon

Dont just walk up thru the waterfall. Go to the white line bottom of it and click to be able to use waterfall. But 1st need to beat the gym leader in sotopolisGuest answered:
Well,you fist have to defeat the gym in pacivil town or sootopolis (I forgot) and than you'll recieve a HM that contains waterfall and than you can go on the waterfall.( you have to DIVE to get in sootopolis )

Steven is anywhere but there is only one place that where he lives in Mossdepp cityGuest answered:
Go to Sootopolis City. After you awake Rayquaza, and Groudon and Kyogre are gone, you need to defeat the Sootopolis gym leader, Juan. Then, after you defeat him, he will give you a HM (hidden machine) called WATERFALL. Then, you surf from Sootopolis City to route 128, and surf right. Then you will see a waterfall. Go in front of it, and use waterfall. Then you will end up at Ever Grande City.

I already defeated Sootopolis gym leader and teach waterfall to psyduck. When I use the waterfall move in evergrin city it says can't use here .. Why ?

I already have the seventh badge (Sootopolis badge) and I already on the waterfall, and I use HM move "WaterFall" and it say "can't use in here" and I try fly to Sootopolis, it can, but what the problem about the seventh HM?? Whyyyyyy!?!?!

Me too. I'm stuck.. Can somebody tell me if I still need to do something to go to Ever Grande City?? I already got the Sootopolis Gym Badge and the HM waterfall.. But everytime I try to use the HM it always says "can't use it here"Search for more answers for Pokemon Emerald or ask your own question here.
