Whenever I defeat the elite 4, the credits come and it shows THE END and..

Question for Pokemon Emerald

Whenever I defeat the elite 4, the credits come and it shows THE END and I press start. Then it goes back to the title screen and my game is erased. Why am I not able to continue my adventure????? SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Usually on an emulator this can happen. If you have a real game and this happens your cartridge battery is dead.

change the save type to eeperom

after pressing A in "The End" shut off your GBA or Emulator,then shut it on again the walla theres your game..

Change the save type to eeprom or something
And 164k or something again
