You must have a specific Pokemon at the lead of your team and talk to an old man in pacifalodge. He will be in a house staring out what must be a window. Another old man is in the house sitting at a table and says that Mirage Island may or may not be a myth. When the old man staring out the window says "I see it" then use surf and head west

Well, actually you should get all 202 pokemon to make it really possible. It's almost took a lifetime to get it right. every day the number of the pokemon refreshed, and you must try every pokemon from evolved to not evolved, means all 202 pokemon in one day. He says yes, and you feel it's a paradise. Well, good luck.
