Maibe, you can go to the day-care lady,situated on route 117, and raise one or two Pokemon per time, but attention: every time that one Pokemon evolve one level it will cost more when you pick them.

Maibe, you can raise one or two Pokemon in the day-care-lady, in route 117, but attention: every time that one Pokemon raises one level, the Pokemon will cost more than before. It takes some time to raise one level. Hope this help

This depends on the type of Pokemon you have,
Electric and leaf:mossdeep fishing
Water,ground and rock:magma hideout
Dark:sky pillar
Flying,fire:grassy areas near fortree
The rest:gabby and ty with exp share(see other peoples answers for locations)
