Ninjask doesn't evolve. If you're referring to obtaining a Shedinja, you need to evolve a Nincada into a Ninjask with at least one empty slot in your party and one Pokeball in your inventory. After Nincada evolves to Ninjask, you will find Shedinja in the open slot of your party.

Ninjask does not evolve.
Ninjask can evolve in two pokemons-
Shedninja and ninjask.

Ninjask has no more evolutions though it has an alternative Pokemon that can be obtained through two ways:
1: Have an empty slot in your party(you should do this before evolving nincada) level him/her up to lv20. Then you what will happen next.After that,check your party,you will see your newly evolved ninjask and the empty slot before was replaced by a shedinja.
2:If you don't want to do the method above,try using a Pokemon modifier code.
