Way to easily catch regice regirock registeel?

There isn't really an easy way to catch all three of these Pokemon. Once your in battle with them, lower their HP as low as you can. Next, make them Fall Asleep. After that, throw Ultra Balls at them. If they wake up, make them Fall back Asleep and continue to throw Ultra Balls.

You can also obtain them by Trade or a Cheat / Code.

Spend 30 turns getting the regi to the red zone (Don't push too close) and when 30 turns are up, have your Relicanth use yawn to make the regi fall asleep. Once asleep, use as many timer balls as you can before it wakes up. Repeat until caught.

I caught all three within half an hour of opening the Sealed Chamber. There's a pretty good method of catching just about anything, and it seems to work marvelously on the three.

1) Get a Pokemon with a move that can put the opponent to sleep. Sleep is very important, as it makes catching anything much easier.

2) Use this move in combination with moves that do almost nothing to the opponent as well as self-healing moves or medical items to stall for as long as possible.

3) If you dare to attack a regi, be sure there's no chance of killing it. Also, avoid status conditions, as you'll need to put it to sleep.

4) After stalling for as long as you possibly can, put the regi to sleep and let timer balls rain down. After a very long time, these can prove more effective than an ultra ball ever could be.

5) If this is still ineffective, carefully reduce the regi's health to a dire state. Then, repeat the catching method of sleep and timer balls.

This helped me catch all of the regis effortlessly. I find stalling to be the best catching method for anything.

Here's what I do. Get them down to as low health as possible (False Swipe helps), then put them to sleep and continuously chuck ultra balls at him. After you use all your ultra balls (30-40 recommended). Then after running out of those, use all your timer balls

The way I catch them is I use ghost Pokemon that has a move call spite which decrease foe's moves pp,I use a level 74 banette ,and it really took a long time to make the regis can't use moves anymore.And it took many of my pp berries.If you think you have patient,you can use this.But,I don't think this is the good way.....
