Question for Pokemon Emerald
After the third legendary Pokemon came the other two legendary pokemons stopped fighting.but the gym door in sootopolis city did not open wallace stood infront of the gym door and is talking about team magma and aqua.why?how to open the gym door?

After the fight, Team Aqua and Magma will also be standing outside of the gym. Talk to both Maxie and Archie, and they will both leave.
After they are gone, talk to Wallace. He will give you HM07 (Waterfall) and then move out of your way.
