Question for Pokemon Emerald
I am playing on boycott advance emulator, and I am unable to enter pokecenters, marts, or gyms, making the game quite difficult to play. I have downloaded two different roms, but both have same problem. Where can I find a good rom?

It's not just Emerald. It's FireRed, too. It may just be the version of Boycott being used. I'll test that out.
