I've already caught Latios on emerald is there another way on catching Latias in emerald ?

Actually you can't. You can only pick one to catch. The only way to get Latias is to trade.

You have to mix records with Ruby/Sapphire. Then go to the harbor (Slateport/Lilycove)then the lady will talk to you with your Eon Ticket and go again to Southern Island to catch another Lati (Latios/Latias) that you didn't choose.

What I did was trade all my good Pokemon to another game, doesn't matter which one even colleseum, start new game trade back good Pokemon choose different starter choose other lati@s
