Does anyone knows how to get jirachi and deoxys because I have no clue how to get them?

You must trade them from different games. You have to trade Jirachi from Colesseum and Deoxys from FireRed or LeafGreen

Well there is a cheat for deoxys but I'm not sure about jirachi but you need game shark or an emulator
