You don't. Bad Eggs were put in this game to punish cheaters. I suggest you get rid of that thing as soon as possible, or it might start messing with your game.

Badd eggs a totally a danger once my kyogre turned to a bad egg , that was a gr8 loss for me from that time I stopped cheating . SAVE you're Pokemon FROM A BAD EGG ,
