Question for Pokemon Emerald

When I go to the hideout one guy says team magma is trying to awaken an awesome Pokemon at their hideout. The next guy says team magma is after a awesome Pokemon at mt chimney. What do I do?

This is a very long explanation so read and do carefully:
You battle Maxie first, and if you defeat him, he'll awake Groudon with his Blue Orb and Groudon will flee. Then escape from Magma Hideout and go to Slateport City, go to the harbor and talk to Capt. Stern. Then the Team Aqua will steal the submarine. After that, go to Lilycove and go to Aqua Hideout, but be careful, there are warps in there so find him carefully. When you reach him with the submarine, you will battle the Aqua Admin Matt and if you deafeat him, the submarine will flee again. One Bad News, you'll need a HM Dive to reach him. Before you reach him, go to Mossdeep City and battle first the 7th gym leaders, they are Tate and Liza, they are twins that has a combination of Psychic-type Pokemons. Once you defeat them, go to the Space Center where Team Magma will steal the rocket fuel. On the 2nd floor, Maxie, and Magma Admin Tabitha will battle you. With Steven there, he'll help you battle those 2 people. Once they are defeated, find Steven's house and he'll give you the HM Dive. Teach it from a Pokemon that can learn Dive. Then find the Seafloor Cavern where the Team Aqua is there. Then find Archie and battle him, and after you battle him, he will awake Kyogre and calls the team from the outside of the cave, and said it's raining hard. Then the Team Magma is there too, and you are already escaped. Then go to Sootopolis City where Groudon and Kyogre are fighting. Find Steven and talk to him, then he will ask you to find Wallace from the Cave of Origin, and said that Rayquaza calms the fight between those two legendaries. Rayquaza was in the Sky Pillar, so answer it. Go to the Sky Pillar, east of the Pacifidlog Town, and Wallace is there. Find Rayquaza on the top of the Sky Pillar and awake him. Go again to Sootopolis City and he will calm down the fight. And now it's already over. Talk to Archie and Maxie and they will return the orbs fom Mt. Pyre. Talk to Wallace whoo is blocking the door from the gym and he'll give you the HM Waterfall. You can defeat the last gym leader, Juan, with his Water-type Pokemons. After you beat him, you can now challenge the Pokemon League.
