How do I find a Dragon Scale without trading from other Pokemon games? Someone plz tell me I need it so I can evolve my Seadra thanks!

You can find a Dragon Scale usually being held by a horsea or Bagon, but you will still have the trade the Seadra while it's holding the Dragon Scale so that it will evolve to Kingdra.

You will find that a Wild Horsea and Bagon can hold it but to get you will need to catch them.

Go to the elite four dragon master and if you beat him with one Pokemon in your team only then he will give you a dragon scale. And let you evolve any dragon type Pokemon right then and their without even trading!
