Despite what you may have heard, you cannot go to the moon.
Deoxys can only be obtained from a Nintendo Event, or by using an Action Replay code.

Uh... You can't. The only way to get Deoxys is through a Nintendo Event, and there are no more Nintendo Events for the GBA games. Try using an Action Replay or Gameshark. There is no way to get to the moon in any of the Pokemon games (so far)

There's no such thing a moon in emerald, deoxys can be caught on Birth island using aurora ticket through a Nintendo event or using an action replay code...

I just use a cheat to go to the island where deoxys is......that island name is......birth island I think
