Okay, you know that freeky deeky fish that almost looks like green swiss cheese, I try to catch him, like, I tried everything! I even bought the freakiun emerald guide! That didnt do much, so I am wondering whats the most easiest way to find that swiss cheese piece of crap, thanks a lot for whoever helps me and may the force be with you, thats from star wars in case your wondering. Peace!

Green swiss cheese? Do you mean Relicanth? It would be much easier if you just said what it was.
Anyway, try this strategy - paralyse it and use the move False Swipe to get it's HP down to 1. Then just throw Ultra Balls (or Timer Balls, which may or may not work better) at it until you catch it.
You can alternatively use your Master Ball on it, but that would be a waste of time for a crappy pokemon.

If you're having a problem searching for it...go to route 119 and surf in the large pound there (the one with the waterfall)...next you've got to fish with a super rod in every spot.....i suggest starting right next to the waterfall and working your way down one spot at a time. Make sure you fish each spot at least twice because you might not find a feebas the first time.
-Remember that you'll need berry blocks that raises feebas' beauty to 171 points and level up the feebas in order to get a milotic.

If you try 600 times to catch feebas you only get to meet it 4 times...when you got a feebas from the spot just fish at the same spot to meet another (chance of meeting that fish will be higher)
