How do I get into a via nintendo event so that I may be able to catch thee rare pokemon....Im playing the emerald version...Thank You

You mean Ho-Oh, Lugia, and Deoxys?
You can only get these three pokes by attending a Nintendo Event.
Nintendo events are like Conventions, where they hold events revolving Nintendo games...
Unfortunately, there hasn't been any Nintendo events that I know of, except the ones held in Japan....
