Eevee evolve to Espeon and Umbreon
How can I evolve Eevee to Espeon and Umbreon in Pokemon emerald?

If I'm not mistaken,it's via Friendship during the day.Opposite of Umbreon's method.Hope this helps!

For Espeon, you need to Max Friendship then level up once during the day.
For Umbreon, you need to Max Friendship then level up once at night.

To get max friendship, you need to give soothe bell for eevee. To get a soothe bell,go to verdanturf, find the girl beside pikachu.if the woman says. Your Pokemon adores you. Go to slateport and go to poke fan club. Talk that woman front of the paint. And you get soothe bell.

I didn't need soothe bell I hatched an Eevee maxed everything out far as I could using proteins and all that then leveled it once and it evolved took about 5 minutes

Its hard to get Umbreon! I'm trying the all Rules to eevee will evolve into umbreon but all of the Rules will not work! :-(

Get it's happiness to 220 or higher using vitamins, soothe bell, and just training it.
Once the happiness is high enough it will evolve on the next level up.
The game information provided on most sites is that between 4am and 6pm it will evolve into Espeon and between 6pm and 4am it evolves into Umbreon. However, this is actually incorrect. It's the opposite. It evolves into Umbreon during the day and Espeon at night. It might seem incorrect, but I've tested it and it's 100% correct. It becomes Espeon at night and Umbreon during the day. I don't know why.
