I Cant Get Cyndiquil In Pokemon Emerald
Ok, In Pokemon Emerald I have finished my hoenn pokedex, I mean there's 200 right? Well anyway, I have seen all 200 Pokemon, but Prof.Oak hasn't called me yet, so, I went to him and talked to him but all he said was "A person can get a good idea of the Hoenn Pokemon by looking over my pokedex", Plz help me!! I don't know what to do! Any help at all will be appritiated, Thanks if you awnser my question!
