Can people please ,please tell me how to get tons of Heart Scales ,I really want some new cool moves.Please HELP!Quick!!

You could catch a bunch of Luvdiscs, that should work.

You can find about 3 or 4 on the Lilycove beach rocks. But other then that Luvdiscs tend to hold one from time to time.
