No the Pokemon is still registered in the pokedex because you have had it before so you can release the cheated Pokemon if you want
It shouldn't. It doesn't mess your game up if you keep the pok�mon either. It all depends if you're using more than one code at the same time or not.
Since you have caught the pok�mon, it will register in your Pok�Dex regardless, so if you want to release it, it'll be fine.
