Question for Pokemon Emerald
Is it true if I get a Pokemon to level 100 and then start a new game, I get all the rarest pokemon.
I got my blaziken to level 100 by using rare candies, then started a new game, and nothing happened. When I started a new game it was just like the begining when I had bought it, and began playing it. If anybody has an answer to my question, please answer it.

Sorry, but in all my years of playing Pokemon, I have never heard of this.
From my knowledge, accomplishing something in your game, then restarting unlocks nothing new.

No, that is not true. Usually 'tricks' that tell you to some kind of task to get rare Pokemon are NOT TRUE. Actually, you really shouldn't believe any kind of trick like this unless it is from a trusted website and has positive feedback and pictures.

Thats DUMB and bogus beacuse why would you choose to start over the game if you just got a level 100 pokemon?
