West from Fallarbor town on route 114 go into the house talk to little boy and he will give you dig

Go into the fossil maniacs house and before you enter the cave, talk to the little boy besides the caves entrance. He should give you DIG. His house is right off Fallarbors west side. It will be the house on the right(from your characters perspective).

In the fossil maniac's house in fallabor town not inside the hole in the house but talk to the little boy next to the hole and he'll give you the TM.
