An action replay is a cheating device that is used to get things you are normally unable to get like x99 Masterballs or Rare Candies along with event only items and to get Pokemon not avaliable any other way besides events. To get an Action Replay For a Game Boy Advance you mustbuy it from Amazon or eBay or Codejunkies.com since it is now out of date because of the Nintendo DS and it's Action Replay.
