Trade seadra with a dragon scale on it. A dragon scale can be found on wild horsea. Good luck on getting your kingdra.

The way you can get Kingdra is to get a Seadra and give him the Dragon Scale and trade it to another game and thats it.

Catch a horsea on route 132, 133, 134 by fishing with your super rod or trading a Bagon for it in pacifidlog town and level it up to seadra at level 32 and then trade it with a dragon scale, which can be found on the wild horseas sometimes (there is an 8% chance it holding the scale) or a Bagon which has a 5% chance of holding the scale, give the dragon scale to seadra and trade it to a friend and trade it back to your game

Kingdra can be obtained by trading a Seadra with the item Dragon Scale. I found a Dragon Scale while catching my Horsea so I think it would be easy to get.

Trade a Seadra that is holding a Dragon Scale and it will evolve into a Kingdra.
