Can anyone who has a feebas tell me what they said to the guy in dewford town. I want a feebas but I don't want to use any cheats. Can anyone help.

It doesnt matter what you say in dewford town. The 6 water tiles in route 119 which feebas is in are randomized each time you change the phase. So what I'm saying is that if I told you the phase I used and you used the same phase feebas would be very unlikely to be in the same spots. You just have to be patient and check each water tile on route 119 3-5 times before moving on.

Actually, It's completely random. I hear the phrase chages each time there is a change in the phrase. I think the best shot you've got is to just keep fishing.
