How do you get pokeblocks to feed them to your pokemon? What kind of pokeblocks do you need to get Feebas to evolve plz I need help

To get pokeblocks you need to:
- go to lilycove city
- find the pockeblock case (it's inside the contest hall in lilycove)
- there's also a berry blender inside the same building that will help you make pokeblocks.
To evolve feebas, feed it with blue or indigo pokeblocks. Use hondew or kelpsy berries. For better results use pamtre berry. You can find this berry in the berry master's house. Tell the berry master's wife "CHALLENGE CONTEST"
