how do you get ho ho and lugia do i need fire red?
How do I exactly get them without using game shark or any cheat codes OR NINTINDO EVENT JUST PLAIN NORMAL EMERALD OR FIRE RED

Well, I do not know why it matters if you get a Ho-oh, or a Lugia by going to an Nintendo Event, or by cheating. Shouldn't the only thing that actually matters be that you get a Ho-oh, and a Lugia? Anyway, since you want to get the two legendary Pokemon the normal way, you will have to trade with someone who has them. You cannot get them on Pokemon Fire Red, nor on Pokemon Leaf Green. You will have to find someone who has gotten them on Pokemon Emerald. When you find someone, just get them to trade with you.

Noooohoo cause I got my Lugia without any of them things first for Lugia get pok�mon xd for gamecube beat the game up until Lugia catch and purify him then using the game boy gamecube link cable trade him to emerald or elsewhere then ho-oh get pok�mon colosuem for gamecube purify all 48 shadow pok�mon then beat the mt battle 100 trainer challenge and ho-oh will appear in your pc
