Why
I Saved turnd off my Ds turned it Back on Whent on Diamond to migrate Pokemon but it didnt work and when I went back to Emrald my Data was erast, Why

Mmm. Have you been cheating? Glitches like this can happen if you cheat.
If not, then perhaps you switched off before it had completed saving.

Hmmm, I do not really know why. Perhaps you made a mistake when you tried to migrate the Pokemon from Emerald to Diamond. I cannot really say much except that it must have been something else because there have not been any other reports of this happening. An action Replay, or glitch may have had something to do with it.
