TM 28, that is the tm that contains the move dig right? You can get it from the pokefreaks house in Fallarbor Town. You can also catch a ground Pokemon, and it will learn it on it's own.

TM 28, if it is dig, you go to fallarbor town and go wst. There will be a house on the edge of town called the fossil maniacs house. When you go inside DONT go through the tunnel. But the little boy standing by the tunnel will give you dig
